After two decades working in leadership roles the corporate world with global restaurant and food brands, Michele set up her own business, Foodservice Support, in 2009 with the aim of helping smaller, up & coming brands and concepts with their growth strategies and plans and making sure they were operationally set up for success.
Now with a strong client base of national and international food retail, QSR & restaurant brands, Michele supports a range of retail and hospitality operators across Europe & Middle East with services related to branding and marketing, new concept development and menu strategy, operational improvement programmes and business development strategies, including franchising.
