What We Look For
All retailers must have a five food hygiene rating. A mystery shopper visit is also conducted and factors taken into consideration include customer service, food and drink quality, value for money, presentation and cleanliness and the overall customer experience.
The award qualifying period is 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025.
