Mal has been a chef for over 35 years. He was Swiss trained in Zurich where he worked for the first 15 years of his career. He has worked within UK food manufacturing development for over 15 years, the last 12 years as a consultant chef. He also worked as a college lecturer teaching at New College Stamford and has a degree in teaching.
He has a pop-up bakery from home specialising in Sour Dough bread, keeps Bees and loves cooking outdoors when combined with Hunting/ Deer Stalking and Bushcraft, which he has done all over the UK…
