Heather is a development specialist with 30+ years’ experience for innovation across beverage and food products in the UK and globally, with projects for Huel, Perfect Ted and Rheal to name but a few since starting SH Foodie in 2016 alongside Simon Bishop.
Her previous history also includes development of preserves on behalf of Fortnum & Mason and M&S; ice cream and frozen desserts; chilled and frozen ready meals, soups, sauces, and cakes for many of the UK's major retailers.
